Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return all unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivered date. Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags and no evidence of stains or odours. Any item(s) returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer from EASY.
Items purchased via sale or use of discount code are only viable for exchange or store credit.
We do NOT offer free returns. In the event that an order is incorrect or faulty please contact us.
Items must be returned back in the same condition that the items were received.
If items do not match their original condition and cannot be resold, then the goods will be returned to the purchasing customer.
Returns should be shipped with a service which provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the item(s) returned if not exchanged or returned for store credit.
Delivery Details:
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase depending on availability and credit verification.
EASY will contact you with a follow-up email if the item(s) you have selected are not currently in stock.
If orders flag up as 'High Risk Of Fraud' then you will be contacted to provide additional information to pass verification.
Please be aware that you cannot change orders once they are placed. You will either have to cancel your order and place the correct one or return for exchange.
DELIVERY TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Whilst we aim to ship orders as quick as possible there may be longer waiting times during busy periods. If you are not present when delivery is made Royal Mail will take your item to a local Royal Mail Access Point, this is where you can pick up your parcel.
